Jessamine County is our home, we are your neighbors, your coworkers, and your friends. We are volunteers that are working to promote Democratic Values and candidates across all of Jessamine County. We work to help candidates running for all local and state offices engage in the community and provide their message to all residents of the county.
Who Your Candidates Are
Ryan Stanford – KY House District 39
Hard worker, Dedicated Father, Servant Leader for Kentucky. “As a father, I grapple with the same questions most parents do. Will our children inherit a state that fights for them? Adam Moore – KY House District 45
Adam is a husband, father, combat veteran and small business owner running to represent the people of Kentucky’s 45th House District. With deep roots in Central Kentucky, Adam has followed a remarkable path that spans public and military service, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. He is now putting that experience and hard work toward stopping the legislature’s trampling of Kentuckians’ individual liberties and restoring the power of government to the people.
Katrina Sexton – KY House District 55
Focusing on kitchen table issues is and should be the focus. This legislative session, the GOP showed us who they really are when they championed bills to reduce SNAP benefits, take away workers’ lunch breaks, roll back child labor laws and pushed a constitutional amendment that would send public dollars to unaccountable private schools.
As a Democrat, but more importantly as a working mom, wife, educator, and servant leader, my goal is to help build a better, brighter future for ALL Kentuckians, while supporting working families, individuals, and children in every corner of our Commonwealth.
Chantel Bingham – KY House District 56

I am not a politician. I am a husband and a dad with a day job, and no plans or ambitions whatsoever to make a career out of politics.
I am here and ready to serve the people of Central Kentucky, to make the votes and craft the legislation needed to right the ship of our nation and our Commonwealth.
I want to clear the deck of all the legislative backlogs that have been left behind by this Congress, and to set our next generation up for the success that they deserve.
Once those goals have been achieved, I will step aside, forego any future electoral races, and proudly watch the next generation take the reins of government.
